I live in gated entrance, so it’s useful to know when the package is arriving, so I can make arrangements. I was unable to get the delivery information. As the costs of the tracking exceeded the cost of the part I found this very inconvenient. Most sites will provide a tracking number and the courier, which would have solved the issue. They were small items I ordered, so they were placed in external postbox, so it ended well, but the tracking information would be useful, and essential for a larger item . Thank you
